Our Suppliers

At Thinking of You Gift, we are passionate about supplying ethically sourced products. That means we handpick suppliers that showcase great Australian made products and cleverly crafted international wares.

It’s so important to us that lour suppliers and manufacturers treat their employees fairly in accordance with local laws, both in terms of the wages they pay their employees and the working hours and conditions for their employees.

We are really proud of the quality products that line our shelves and we know you’ll love them as much as we do!
Here are some of our great suppliers.
Our mission is to make native Australian food flavours accessible through a range of consumer goods, whilst creating business opportunity and employment for our independent suppliers nationwide.
Kellys Candy Co. is a family owned Australian manufacturer based in Brisbane since 1981. We hand make our products utilising traditional confectionery techniques whilst using predominantly Australian ingredients. We take great pride in our history and are passionate about the quality of our products. When you buy a Kellys Candy Co. product, you are supporting a wholly Australian owned family business and local jobs.
Pure and simple, our products are made with the purpose of nourishing and looking after your skin. All of our products are hand made with calendula oil where the flowers are grown before being infused in Australian Certified Organic Calendula Oil.
Odd Pears has operated a ethical consumerism program called One Pear, One Dollar, or OPOD, since our inception. OPOD came about from a desire to be a company of substance and character, a global citizen if you will. We may be ‘just another sock company’ (highly debatable because we’re too awesome) but we’re passionate about making a difference in the global community and helping the planet in general. Odd Pears operates a program called One Pear, One Dollar. For every Pear purchased $1 is donated to help fund a charity that is making the world a better place.
The Afropacific motto is “trade not aid”. Emancipation comes from self sufficiency and independence and a sense of self worth. They value trading with the people of the Upper East Region of Ghana. By purchasing these products they don’t just help empower these talented artisians but also contribute to sustainable development, preserving traditional skills and promoting ethically produced goods and work practices.
We work with indigenous families in the north of Ecuador to bring you colourful, often still hand‐ made products. We also develop products with them from time to time, always making sure we pay fair prices to the artisan families, as well as ensuring we keep our prices as low as possible here in Australia so that a quicker turn‐over means a faster re‐ordering with those in Ecuador. We have first‐hand seen the difference this can make, with basic home improvements (such as a tiled floor and a proper kitchen) and affordability of university education just some examples of how our arrangements are win‐win.
Boomerang Bags is a grassroots, community driven movement tackling plastic pollution at its source. Volunteers from all walks of life get together to make re-useable ‘boomerang bags’ using recycled materials, as a means to provide a sustainable alternative to plastic bags. The bags create a platform to start conversations, make friends, up-cycle materials and work towards shifting society’s throw away mentality to a more sustainable revolution of re-use – one community, needle and thread at a time! Together we link hands globally to create a paradigm shift to a more connected and conscious society.
SoapBiz produces a range of natural and fragranced soaps that are handmade by people with disabilities in Lismore. We have selected six of our favourites: Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Macadamia Oil, Lavender, Rose and Peppermint. These soaps are made using essential oils and fragrances and all natural products as a base.
